SMP Nose pad for glasses was introduced on the NHK TV News program" Ohayo Nippon-Machikado Johou Shitsu" on Jul.26, 2013.
The theme of the TV program was featuring " Very useful eye glasses.

Our SMP Nose pad was introduced as follows:

This SMP nose pad made of polyurethane resin supports glasses from falling down from the nose.
It will be soften at body temperature and suitable for fitting shape of nose comfortably.

Our Shape Memory Polymer (SMP Composite) which was launched by H2B rocket on July 21, 2012 to the International Space Station (ISS).
It was succeeded that the first space experiment, "Inflatable, self-deployable, and shape recovery" has been conducted in the ISS on August 24, 2012.
